About our Character DNA Personality Profiling Workshop
Character DNA is a psychometric assessment tool that helps participants understand themselves, understand others and improve communication by adapting to different behaviours.
It displays a clear personality profile of an employee’s strengths, weaknesses, working style and how these all fit together to produce an effective team.
By combining this unique assessment tool with our interactive Personality Profiling Workshop, will provide you and your team with a valuable learning experience about the importance of effective team working.
The Personality Profiling Workshop will last 3 hours, with up to 15 attendees and will be conducted at a location to suit you. The key learning outcomes will be as follows:
- How colour can be used to describe personality
- Understand who you are and how you are perceived in a team environment
- How to communicate effectively depending on individual preferences and improve team meetings
- How different colour types are perceived by their opposite colour
Although the sessions are highly structured with a clear goal, they are conducted in a fun and light-hearted way to ensure learning is taken on board and effective team development is instilled.
The Personality Profiling Workshop is open to small and large organisations, as well as the many organisations we have conducted Character DNA assessment tools for but have yet to experience these unique interactive sessions.
