Overview of a Call Centre (Advanced) Test
The Call Centre Advanced assessment has been specifically designed to simulate a call centre environment using audio instruction for the data that the candidate is required to input. This assessment measures the candidate’s ability to record audio data effectively, consistently and accurately. Data includes both numerical and alphabetical data and includes randomized questioning.
The advanced test features a wider range of spoken accents, forms to fill and a longer test time versus the Basic test.
This test is recommended for those in a Call Centre environment and audio record keeping is a requirement in the job role.
