Overview of a Call Centre (basic) Test
The Call Centre (Basic) assessment has been specifically designed to simulate a call centre environment using audio instruction for the data that the candidate is required to input. This assessment measures the candidate’s ability to record audio data effectively, consistently and accurately. Data includes both numerical and alphabetical data and includes randomised questioning.
