Overview of Test
The Call Centre Basic assessment has been specifically designed to simulate a call centre environment using audio instruction for the data that the candidate is required to input. This assessment measures the candidate’s ability to record audio data effectively, consistently and accurately. Data includes both numerical and alphabetical data and includes randomized questioning.

Bespoke alignment to client specific data can be provided upon request. Candidates are measured on their speed and accuracy when transcribing the data to the provided form.
This test is recommended for those in a Call Centre environment and audio record keeping is a requirement in the job role.
