Overview of Test
The Town Names assessment is a timed audio assessment that has been designed to assess the candidate’s ability to quickly and accurately record data into a digital address book focusing on a range of town names from within the UK, whilst simulating a call centre environment. Skills assessed include audio comprehension and accuracy.
Candidates are measured on their speed and accuracy when transcribing the data to the provided form.
This test is recommended for those in a Call Centre environment and audio record keeping is a requirement in the job role.
