Logistic skills tests

On any one day, logistics employees can be operating dangerous equipment, managing heavy loads and driving large vehicles over great distances. On-the-job skills and practical abilities are equally, if not more, important; particularly in a hands-on industry such as logistics.

It's absolutely essential to the productivity of the company and safety of the team that every new hire has an exceptionally high standard of competency in this field. and that's where our expert logistics skills tests come in.

What are logistics skills tests?

Designed specifically for individuals who will be working in the logistics industry. They are most often used in the pre-employment phase of hiring to assess an applicant's skills in one or more areas of logistics, including load safety, driver safety and Accord Dangereux Routier (ADR). Qualifications alone aren't a reliable indicator of an individual's ability to excel in their chosen career.

This is why so many employers and logistics managers choose to incorporate skills tests into their recruitment process, regardless of whether they're hiring for entry-level or experienced logistics positions.

Why should I use a logistics skills test?

Like any pre-employment testing procedure, skills tests such as ours allow managers and employers to streamline their recruitment process by identifying candidates with the right (and best) skills, traits, knowledge and aptitude required for the role.

How do the skills tests benefit our processes?

The management team can narrow down and optimise their talent pool to contain only high-quality candidates who are right for the job. This makes the subsequent stages of recruitment - from interviewing to onboarding - a whole lot easier, more efficient and more cost/time effective.

Additionally, when you hire skilled employees, you're rewarded with a productive and reliable workforce. Managers can rest easy knowing that their warehouses are operating efficiently, there's reduced employee turnover, the supply chain is being maintained and a consistent supply of goods is reaching their clients.
