Overview of a Data Entry Skill Test

The Data Entry Skill Test has been designed to test an individual’s ability to input data with speed, accuracy and copy typing in mind by continually inputting the data presented to them on screen into the system. This test also offers the option for questions to be printed rather than viewed on screen, if this is a more appropriate method of testing for the role in question. The “Call Centre” industry subject offers different levels. Listening to a Call Centre conversation at the Fundamental level will be a short conversation, Core level is a mixture of short and long, and Professional are long conversations.
