This test focuses on testing the soft skills of those working in manufacturing and assembly operative roles. It is designed to measure an individual’s attention to detail whilst working on an assembly line, which is an essential skill in any manufacturing process as it ensures quality control of the products. Questions on this skills assessment relate to the actual technical assembling of products as well as identifying mechanical faults with tools or machinery. Candidates are presented with multiple-choice questions and have to select the image that is inconsistent with best practice and the technical requirements of the industry.
